1. Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes! We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. 

Had a wild night out?
If you happen to be a little careless with your timepiece or band (was destroyed by wrestling, falling, or crashing your dirtbike), we will charge you a small repair fee. Honesty is appreciated :)

Our Mistake
If there was a defect in our workmanship, we will put our heads down in shame and repair the timepiece or band free of charge. Contact us within 90 days of your original order: United States customers will receive pre-paid return shipping service (international customers receive $20 USD return shipping credit).

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

You wanted a different model or decided to save your money for that new bicycle?

Exchange your watch within 15 days.
You wanted a Zebra Wood  instead of the Ebony you bought? We will exchange your timepiece or band free of charge. We just ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

Refunds within 30 days of delivery
Need that money for something else? We will refund your complete purchase (less any shipping, customization, engraving, & sizing fees). We ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

3. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost? 

The UK, Europe and Austrailia takes 7-10 days.

The USA, Canada, Mexico takes 5-7 days.

Orders under $99 or less, shipping is $10 in the USA, $20 Internationally. 

4. How to I adjust my wooden watch band?

Do it yourself! We send a small adjustment tool to do it yourself. No need to take it to the repair shop and pay to have it adjusted.

5. Can I change my battery?

That is a bit risky... Our watches with Quartz Crystal Movement have a battery. Watch parts are very tiny and delicate. Opening the back of the watch can lead to damage to the movement. We recommend that you do not  try to replace the battery yourself. You can contact us and we can do it for a small fee, or you can take it to your local watch repair shop.

6. Do you have an affiliate program?
